Until recently, these shells were considered, and treated as a waste product, however recent, major investment in processing hardware means that we can now utilise every part of the egg to provide useful, beneficial product to our customers.
The egg shell contains 4.5% protein in addition to its abrasive qualities, and we are always talking to mainstream industries to see how egg shell can best be used to enhance their products.
