Sous Vide Egg Muffins

Our sous vide egg muffins are a modern, flavourful take on the classic egg muffin, where eggs are cooked using the sous vide method instead of baking or frying. Sous vide in a water bath at a precisely controlled temperature results in a perfectly cooked, soft, and fluffy egg muffin with evenly distributed flavours.

Unlike traditional baked egg muffins, which can sometimes become dry, the sous vide method ensures that the eggs remain moist and tender.

Liquid Egg

Extended Shelf Life

We also produce Extended Shelf Life liquid egg using innovative Sanovo Wave Technology. This cutting-edge system is the first of its kind to extend shelf life while fully preserving the egg’s functional properties.

Wave technology uses high-frequency, high-voltage electrical fields to target bacteria in liquid eggs, significantly extending shelf life without compromising quality or functionality. This advanced process allows us to offer a product with both safety and superior longevity.
